Hi! I’m Lori.

I am passionate about all things babies and birthing! I have two not-so-little children (21 and 17), and 2 dogs I “think” that I birthed, Sadie (goldendoodle), and Sam (labradoodle).

As your doula, I’m here to help you enter the birth of your dreams with curiosity, clarity, confidence, and a sense of calm. I will empower you to be educated, (but not overwhelmed) by your options, so that you can trust in yourself and connect with your mind and body. This is YOUR unique birth story, and I’m here to guide you in a way that feels authentic to you. I will be right by your side tuning into YOUR NEEDS with a treasure chest of comfort measures and soothing techniques that support you both physically and emotionally. With a balanced mix of encouragement, motivation, breathing strategies, movement or stillness, and positive energy, I will strive to ensure you always feel cared for, heard, respected, and understood.

Whether you are planning for a hospital setting or a home birth, I would love to chat more with you about your birthing vision and how I could support you in this exciting journey.

Birth support with Lori starts at $1600 + GST

Random Timbits

· Will sell my first born for anything sweet! Licorice, Sour Ju-jubes, cupcakes - I’m not picky. Bring on the sugar!

· I’ve have watched so many true crime documentaries, and shows like Dateline and Law and Order that I could start my own detective agency!

· My best friend from age 5-17 was Justin Bieber’s mama Patti, but not sure that gets me much street credit anymore!

· The toilet paper is definitely supposed to be over, not under!

· I think Steph meant to title this “Random Tidbits,” not Timbits. But I’m going to leave it.
