A crash course on birth AND postpartum - but that doesn’t mean we skip over any details. This is the perfect solution for busy couples who recognize the value in being prepared for birth and life with a new baby with evidence-based information and practical tools; while also appreciating efficiency, getting straight to the point and not wanting to sacrifice an entire weekend (or longer!) to traditional prenatal education classes. Not in my service area(s)? No problem - these sessions are just as effective when done virtually.
