It still includes everything you need to birth like a boss and parent like a pro! A fantastic option if you are budget-conscious (who isn’t these days?!) or if you’re planning on having your sister, friend, mom (or anyone else!) stand in, alongside your partner, as your “doula” and you want everyone to be on the same page with stocked toolboxes to help facilitate a smooth, empowered experience.

Phase 1
Prenatal Support
Unlimited support text/e-mail support for the duration of your pregnancy
Access to my in-depth email series to help you prepare for birth and baby
Your full prenatal education (from the last trimester through 12 weeks postpartum)
2 prenatal visits to get you ready (whoever will be joining you during your birth for support is encouraged to be part of these sessions!)
Creation of visual birth plan (if desired)

Childbirth Education
ALL of my doula tricks and secrets plus we cover your full prenatal education through my Birth + Babe prep sessions to ensure you have everything you need for a:
Comfortable, prepared and confident birth experience
Phase 3
Postpartum Support
One in-home (or virtual) visit following your birth to unpack how life is going
“Troubleshooting” common baby ailments
Breastfeeding/feeding assistance, if necessary
Unlimited text support, indefinitely, as needed

Just like you wouldn’t buy the car without a test drive, you shouldn’t choose your doula without checking their “vibe!” Choosing your birth team is an important process often based primarily on feeling. I want you to feel confident in your choice to welcome me to your birth team, which is why I offer initial consultations, via Zoom, at no charge. There is no obligation to book following a consultation.
